Contract Standing Order 17: Contracts Register and Records
17.1
All contract awards in excess of £30,000 shall be published,
via the Council’s e-tendering platform, on Contracts Finder.
For procurements above the Procurement Thresholds, the contract
award details must be published on Find a
Tender ServiceTS, as well as Contracts
Finder.The Contracts Register shall be kept
centrally and maintained by the Procurement Strategy Manager. The
Contracts Register is a public document which shall be available
for inspection on the Council’s
website.
17.2
Each Contract Officer, responsible for
the procurement process, shall be responsible for
publishing providing the information set out
in CSO 17.3 below, on to Contracts Finder and Find a
Tender Service, through the
Council’s e-tendering platform, within 30 days of
award. to the Head of Procurement for inclusion in the
Contracts Register within 5 working days of the Contract
signature.
